Meet Jen!! She joined us in November of 2024 after the hard decision of leaving Floyds Barbershop in Ashburn for a much shorter commute, while also having to leave behind many clients. We hope you will try her and help her re-build in Marshall. We believe she is a great fit and will be here to Grow with us!!
She joined us already knowing her previous co-worker Sam!
Floyds is very similar to us; in that it is also a uni-sex salon and barber! Not only that, but since she comes from a much hipper/ trendier areas, she quicky showed us her talent for creating many current styles for our clients, which all require harder skills, such as fading and texturing!
Jen has been doing hair for over 25 years. She is very diversly talented, as she has worked in high end salons, chain salons and also at a barber salon. So, she is able to do just about anything from women's haircuts, highlights and color to men's fades and scissor cuts, as well as perms!!!
She is also very friendly and talkative and will make you feel comfortable in her chair!

Heather Joined the Rock-N-Barber Team in August of 2024. She was a great addition to our team!!! Heather is a Cosmetologist with over 15 years' experience. Having worked primarily in full-service salons, she is very talented with women's cutting and styling. We would love to get her more women's haircuts, color and highlights! Heather also does formal updo's. So please help spread the word so we can help her grow the ladies' side of R-N-B!! For the men, she gives great haircuts! She is, by the nature of our business also learning beards and shaves!!
Heather is a Faquier Native, who listens, has great consultations, takes her time and delivers great results! She is very sweet and fun to talk to and we love having her on the team. We hope you will use her too!!!

Sam has been a Barber with Rock-N-Barbers for over 3 years now. She came from the Loudon area where she worked for a few men's salons, but primarily had worked at gained the bulk of her experience at Floyds Barbershop. She was a PERFECT find for our shop. We needed a BARBER and she delivers!!!!
She's incredibly, sweet and patient and always strives to give everyone the Best Results. Her fades are fantastic! She does the BEST straight razor shaves. Sam would love if every client were haircuts/fades with beard trims and shaves!! She is GREAT!!

Rocky Joined our Team in November of 2024. She had earned her licensed through Star Beauty School in Winchester where she learned a lot with women's hair: color and perms and styling.... She gives a great Blow-out!!!! But she found us and really has taken a love for learning to Barber as well!
Rocky is able to take any clients, men or women at an apprentice rate for all haircuts. She has already mastered Straight Razor shaves for the head and face!!
She is fun to work with and eager to learn and grow!

Kym started her journey with Rock-N-Ba-rbers in February 2020, at the Grand Opening of the New Expanded location! She began as our Receptionist and Tanning Expert, but she quickly became our Store Manager.
She is now a licensed Cosmetology apprentice and is currently accepting clients with the guidance of Kristy and Kaleigh. She is doing, Color, Highlights, Body Waxing, Paraffin Waxes, Foot Treatments and Long Layers.
She will soon be Starting Airbrush Spray Tanning and Facials. If you would like to Help us while saving some cash all appointments are half off. Must book an appointment though Please. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Open-Close

Kristy has been licensed since 2001. She opened Rock-N-Barbers in January 2014. She has a natural talent for Haircuts of all types, though she particularly loves doing Razor Cuts and scissor work; stylish, textured, modern cuts, as well as well as business professional Men's cuts. She can also do great skin fades, and flat tops!
For women, she is particularly great with really long, or really short hair,and loves very textured styles, but really, she will rock it all!!! . Cutting is all she does, so she does it well!!
She also has a love and amazing talent with beards and gives an incredible shave!!
Kristy loves working with children!

Kaleigh has worked with us off and on for over 3 years. She has been licensed for over 15 years and has focused most of her work now on Haircuts, Beards and Shaves. Shes is very knowledgeable and skilled. She works quickly and efficiently. You are sure to get a great cut, no matter what you need with Kaleigh!
She is originally from Arizona, but now resides in Virginia with her four children.

Kerrie, originally from PA, moved to VA over 20 Years ago. After Decades in the business world and living in Fairfax, she found Peace as a Healer! And while she worked Many Years in Tysons area as a Massage Therapist before coming to Marshall, Va. We hope we are her permanent Home! Kerrie is a GREAT Massage Therapist and she will do All she can to help you feel better. She is licensed and certified in many areas including ; Sports Medicine, Pre-Natal, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, TMJ, Myofacial, Cupping, Ga-Sha, Swedish, Stretching and Joint Mobilization, and Aromatherapy.
She is working on many more certifications this year including, Lymphatic, Reflexology, Nerve Mobilization, Thai and Cranial.
Don't let the fact that we are a salon/Barbershop bother you, she has a private room with soft Music and a Waterfall! The busier she is the sooner we can move her to her own provate location and add Many more Services!
